Commisioning for MAC50-800 and MIS231-34 - Integrated Motors

 

The MAC integrated servo motor´s control loop is realized by a 4th order filter.

 

The idea is that you just have to know the relation of the internal mass to the external mass. This relation is entered in the setup. Generally spoken: That´s it.

 

If the system is not running smoothly enough, e.g. with linear belt drives, the fine adjustment can be done with the filter selection chart. Select a position and the filter is adjusted.
