New generation STO connector for MAC400-4500 Servo Motors

The old 3pin connector will be obsolete by Q4 2022.

The location of the 3pin connector on the MAC40x model made it difficult to add the necessary PCB in order achieve a TÜV approval. We therefore had to redesign the front housing and switched from the old 3pin vertical connector, to a new 4pin connector, horizontally aligned with the motor shaft.

 

MAC1500-4500 motors will have the 4pin connector vertically aligned like the old 3pin model.

 

For customer who can't use a 4pin connector due to already having incorporated the 3pin connector into their system, we offer a 4pin male to 3pin female adapter cable. WI1010-M08M4TF3T.3P.

 

 

Old installation and want to keep the old 3pin cable	MAC400-D2-CRGM + WI1010-M08M4TF3T.3P
Old installation and want to replace old 3pin cable to new 4pin cable	MAC400-D2-CRGM + eg 5 meter 4pin STO cable WI1010-M08M4T05P.
New installation	MAC400-D2-CRGM + eg 5 meter 4pin STO cable WI1010-M08M4T05P. Choose between straight or angled connector

 

 

MAC400/MAC402 Old 3 pin STO have vertical connector so all cables are point upward. New STO with horizontal 4pin female STO connector point horizontal so angle STO cable is recommended.
MAC1500/3000/4500 is STO connector on both old and new STO vertical pointing upwards. Straight STO cable is recommend for both old and new installation
