Label dispenser application

JVL have
made a simple Easy-To-Install label application for the MIS motors.
It is
designed to replace old fashioned label solutions with potentiometer control,
in order to make more changes on one simple HMI with more precise adjustments
and no need for mechanical adjustments. Also with the possibility to save the
parameters for easy start-ups or for easy product/label change. We can fit the application to your machine, with
endless possibilities for adjustments in mm instead of %, or with the
possibility to save multiple programs etc.
Key features:
Function description:
1. IN4 = Product sensor - Activates the timer set
by the HMI.
2. The moving distance, safety distance and
speed from the HMI is set.
3. After timer has counted down to 0, the
movement starts.
4. Movement:
a. IN5 = Label sensor - Sets the moving
distance accordingly to "Move" on the HMI,
from when the label sensor is activated.
i. When the movement has finished, the
program starts over.
b. If the label sensor is not activated within
the length set in "Safety" on the HMI, the
movement stops, and output 1 is activated.
i. Now the motor waits for the input 6 to
be high, and then starts over.
Output 2 is activated as long the motor is ready to run.
More advanced versions yet
to come with the possibility for external encoder, missing label function and
on the fly roll change.
