MotorSizer.com is a web based software free available on the internet. It makes it very simple to determine the required motor and gear sizes for a specific application in machine construction, education and research.
MotorSizer makes it possible to key-in all commonly required parameters that influence motor torque or power in order to achieve the required movement.
MotorSizer can be used to calculate the correct motor and gear sizes for AC-Servo, DC-Servo and Step Motors.
MotorSizer is very simple to use. A few screen is used to display all parameters. Start to select belt drive, lead screw or rotary disc construction. Select then mass and other mechanical information and if you want gear or not. Inform last the moving and acceleration information and the result of the calculation is ready.
